I have three rooms available for rent. One is $575 a month and has its own bathroom. This room is available immediately. The other two are available either mid June or the beginning of July. Those are $525 a month on of them sharing a bathroom. Utilities range from $180 at their highest to about $110 at the lowest. Cable, internet, and ADT Security is included in the utilities. House was redone a little over 2 years ago, so everything is pretty new. Hardwood throughout, washer and dryer in the basement, full kitchen, roof deck, and back patio. The House is located in Newbold, around 18th and Morris. It's about a 6 minute walk to the Broad Street Line and about twice that to East Passyunk Avenue. If you have a car parking is generally available on the street. About you: Be in about the 25-34 range, have a job, and be willing to pitch in on things like cleaning and some basic household utlilities. It basically amounts to grabbing some paper towels and trash bags once in a while. Not a super clean freak but we would have a roommate cleaning hour about twice a month. That's all it takes to keep the common areas respectable. I'm allergic to weed, so this place really isn't 420 friendly, sorry. Have a pet? Great! I love animals, but I'd like to limit it to one pet per person (excluding fish). If you smoke cigarettes, you need to do that outside. About me: I'm 29, I work in construction, and I like singing karaoke and playing kickball. My ribs are pretty freaking good and I like baking desserts. I keep it fairly low key during the week.
