Details:
· HRAs done in the home and SNFs
· Must be experienced licensed NP’s –Adult, Family or Geriatric- No New Grads
· ANCC or AAANP Board Certified
· Hours on an as needed basis (No minimum)- very flexible
· Can work up to 30 assessments/week (capped)
· Non benefitted position
· Optional Saturday schedules
· Seasonal availability is optional
· Malpractice Insurance PAID
· Paid per completed assessment ($137.50/completed)
· I-tablet for HRA
· Credentialing done on each candidate
· One day training/field preceptor
· Flex employees will be considered first to convert to FTE status positions and do not need to reapply, re-interview or repeat credentialing if hired in FTE.
· No sign-on or relocation
